Tim's professional background centers around tax and M&A. He served as a senior associate in tax and transaction advisory in Dallas, TX, before returning to Tampa, FL, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Following his tenure in public accounting, Tim honed his expertise in M&A by overseeing post-merger integration for seven companies within the facilities maintenance sector, collectively generating revenues exceeding $300 million. Tim directly collaborated with the C-suite to ensure the seamless integration of financial aspects for a workforce exceeding 5,000 employees.

He offers expertise across various financial domains, encompassing income tax, transaction advisory, business valuations, construction in progress/cost accounting, and back-office support.

Tim holds a degree in Accounting and Management from the Patterson School of Accounting at Ole Miss. During his leisure time, you can find Tim on a local golf course, enjoying the company of his chocolate lab, or preparing meals for his family and friends in South Tampa.
