His professional journey commenced during an internship with Samaritan's Purse in Colombia, an evangelical Christian humanitarian aid organization dedicated to aiding Venezuelan refugees. In Colombia, he honed his skills in audit, bookkeeping, and humanitarian work, gaining a profound appreciation for the paramount importance of integrity and transparency in Accounting and Financial Reporting.

 Returning to the United States, Josh transitioned to VanEck, a globally known Asset Manager overseeing around $77.8 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). Within VanEck's internal Fund Administration division, he took on crucial roles involving accounting oversight, financial reporting, and operational responsibilities across a wide array of investment vehicles, including exchange-traded funds (ETFs), institutional funds, mutual funds, and UCITS.

Josh's professional journey continued to evolve at Alter Domus, a leading player in servicing alternative asset investors globally, with AUM exceeding $2 trillion. Here, his specialization centered on Fund Accounting and Fund Administration, with a particular focus on meeting the unique needs of private equity investors.
