Jorge (JJ) Reyes is an Associate at ONE10 Advisors LLC, where he specializes in fund administration, CRE asset management, and private equity accounting, working closely with fund sponsors to support the day-to-day financial operations of their investment vehicles and investments.

JJ earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a double major in Real Estate from Florida State University (2020–2024). During his time at FSU, he held internships with asset managers supporting private equity funds and various asset classes, including multifamily housing & fix-and-flip projects. His experience was strongly focused on operational performance and financial oversight of assets.

He joined ONE10 in 2024 in the business valuation practice and subsequently transitioned to the consulting practice to build his expertise in asset management and private equity fund administration. His responsibilities include managing investor portals, preparing quarterly financial reports, investor PCAPs, contribution and distribution calculations, and supporting clients during tax preparation and audits. JJ is committed to delivering responsive, detail-oriented service and fostering strong relationships with all of his clients.
