Jorge (JJ) Reyes is an associate at ONE10 Advisors LLC. He plays a key role in preparing and finalizing valuation reports for clients by analyzing historical financial data and utilizing the firm's valuation model to conduct comprehensive assessments of subject companies. These valuations support various purposes, including gift and estate planning, business sales, litigation, and SBA financing. JJ’s experience spans across multiple industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, management and consulting firms, as well as agencies and brokerages.

JJ attended Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a double major in Real Estate, graduating in December 2024. During his time at FSU, he was actively involved in academic organizations such as Beta Alpha Psi and the FSU Real Estate Society. Through these affiliations, he had the opportunity to attend national conferences, gain industry insights, and network with established professionals in the field.

Before joining ONE10, JJ gained hands-on experience in private equity through internships at two Tampa-based firms. In the summer of 2022, he spent time at Pineywoods Capital as a Loan Originator intern, where he underwrote hard money loans for fix-and-flip projects. In 2024, he joined ZMR Capital as an intern, working alongside asset managers to prepare investor dashboards for capital-raising initiatives and conduct site visits to assess renovation opportunities aimed at increasing occupancy rates.
