Evan brings significant experience in the real estate, construction, and hospitality space across public and private accounting and finance functions. Specifically, Evan’s expertise includes fund management, fund administration, fund accounting, investor relations, financial analysis, fair value accounting, process advisory and improvement, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance. Evan has immense experience in onboarding new clients and building lasting relationships.

Prior to joining ONE10, Evan was an Assurance Manager in the Ernst & Young (EY) Real Estate & Hospitality Sector, where he provided accounting and consulting services to an array of public REITS and private equity funds across multi-family, single-family, office and retail, and senior living communities. During his time with EY, Evan led a real estate program training, and performed financial statement audits for real estate clients with up to $32 billion in AUM.  

 Evan has a B.S. in Accounting from Carson-Newman University, where he was a captain of the baseball team, and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee. Evan is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. In his spare time, Evan also manages his own portfolio of single family and short-term rentals.
