Crystal brings significant fund, real estate, and technology experience with a mix of public and private accounting and a focus on operational excellence. She has deep experience with valuation techniques, financial analysis and modeling, process improvement, deal structuring, fund accounting, fund compliance and investor relations. Her partnership with Justin to form ONE10 evolved from the recognition that today’s finance and accounting industry lacks a human element. Enthusiasm and humanity drive Crystal forward in the day-to-day of client operations.

Crystal was most recently a part of the InvestRes (formerly Avesta) team in the multi-family real estate space where she served as Controller. InvestRes managed over 1.5b in AUM, acquired over 17,000 doors and have consistently beat the Prequin Top Quartile in returns. Crystal was responsible for fund and deal reporting, tracking and calculation of performance, budgeting, updating of models, compliance, investor relations, capital account tracking and monthly close processes.

Prior to that, she was an Assurance Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Asset Management practice where she focused on private equity, hedge and mutual fund clients located in Japan, Ireland, the Cayman Islands, Bahamas and the US. She participated in PwC’s national engagement quality review program where she was selected to review global engagements for compliance with regulatory bodies. She also was heavily involved in PwC’s innovation program, training and instructing nationwide engagement teams on how to implement technology to create efficiencies and precision. She began her career at USAA as an investment advisor where she partnered with clients to develop risk-adjusted portfolios that achieved client specific goals

Crystal obtained her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida and is a registered Certified Public Accountant with the State of Florida. Crystal is also an avid volunteer in the community.
